The Frontrunner
You lead from the front, by example
You don't ask for anything you won't do first. You set the standard with your own work, move fast, and pull the team up to a bar they didn't know they could reach. Your superpower is credibility: nobody can say you're above the work, because you're usually out ahead of it. Your blind spot is the pace — a standard set by your own intensity can quietly exhaust people who can't or won't run at your speed, and a team of followers isn't a team of leaders. The growth move is to slow down enough to bring people with you, and to let others set the pace sometimes, even if it's not yours.
