Across five intervals you landed within a few percent of the truth — the tightest band this test has. That is unusually good timekeeping: most people drift noticeably once an interval passes ten seconds, because the internal pacemaker has to run unaided while attention wanders. Yours held its rate from the short intervals to the long ones. Worth knowing that this steadiness isn't permanent — the same test on a tired evening or after a strong coffee will very likely read differently.
Clockwork — A reliable sense of time, with a slight lean
Your intervals came in close to the mark — off by a noticeable but small margin, consistently enough that it reads as a real lean rather than noise. This is where solid timekeeping sits: you can judge a few minutes without a clock and be roughly right, which is most of what everyday life asks of this ability. Can I just count the seconds?

You can, and you'd score well — but you'd be measuring how well you count, not how your sense of time works. The interesting part of this test isn't the accuracy number, it's the direction: whether your clock runs fast or slow. Counting hides exactly that. Try it without counting first; you can always count on a second run and compare.

What does "my clock runs fast" mean?

It means you pressed before the interval was actually up: subjectively more time had passed than really had. A fast clock usually shows up when you're alert, keyed up or a bit impatient — the internal pacemaker ticks quicker, so a real 10 seconds feels like 12. A slow clock is the opposite: absorbed, relaxed or tired, and the interval slips past you. Neither is better; they're two directions of the same normal variation.

Will I get the same result next time?

Probably not, and that's the point. Interval timing genuinely moves with caffeine, fatigue, mood and how interesting the last few minutes were — it's a reading of you right now, not a fixed trait. That makes it worth retaking: try it tired and then caffeinated, or before and after something absorbing, and watch the direction flip.

Is this a medical test?

No. It's a short game about how you perceive duration, not a clinical assessment, and it says nothing about any condition. It also doesn't need audio, color vision or fast fingers — the intervals are seconds long, so your device and your reflexes have almost no effect on the result.

How does the leaderboard work?

The board ranks by how far you were off, so the smallest deviation wins — being 3% fast and 3% slow are equally good. The weekly board resets every Monday (UTC); the all-time board never resets.
