The Inventor
Outward · Abstract · Logic · Flexible
Possibilities are oxygen for you. You love the moment where five different paths open up from one question, and you're happy to argue any of them for sport. Outwardly energetic, internally restless, allergic to closed loops. You're at your best when someone gives you a constraint and tells you to break it cleverly — "can't be done that way" reads to you as an invitation, and you'll often find the angle nobody else looked at because they assumed it wouldn't work. Where this archetype shines: product invention, hackathons, R&D labs, startup founding teams in the discovery phase, creative direction, debate and rhetoric, any role where the value is generating options nobody else can see. Your blind spot: the same restlessness that fuels invention can stall the boring last 10% of a project — the testing, the polishing, the handoff documentation. You can also wear down collaborators by treating every settled decision as still up for debate. To grow: build in a hard ritual for finishing the unglamorous last mile. Finishing matters more than the next clever idea you had on the way.
