The Glass House
Every standard applies, in every direction, all the time.
All three levels are high: you demand a great deal of your own work, a great deal of everyone else's, and you're certain a great deal is being demanded of you. The name leans on the idiom deliberately — this is the profile that both throws the stones and lives in the glass, and the fact that both are true at once is what makes it heavy rather than hypocritical. Nothing here is a character flaw. High standards in all three directions are what a lot of genuinely good work is made of, and people in this position are usually the reason something is as good as it is. What the profile doesn't come with is anywhere to put the pressure down, and that is the thing to take seriously: with no direction reading low, there's no part of the day that isn't being evaluated by someone, including you. If that is how it actually feels most days, that is worth saying to a qualified professional — not because a test found something, but because it's a lot to carry alone.
