Whatever the problem is, you have more than one way at it, and you tend to switch without noticing: look at it, restructure it, then talk it out until it settles.

The cost is noise. Three channels running at once is a lot of inner traffic, and profiles like this often report that the hard part is not generating thoughts but getting them to stop — the picture keeps rendering, the model keeps turning, the narration keeps going. It also means you can talk past people who only have one of these, describing a mental operation that is genuinely not available to them.
